A bit about myself and my journey After 10 years of working in London, and personally benefiting from natural medicine treatment, I left a career in IT and banking to focus on helping people experience the same benefit from using natural health treatments. I aim to raise people's awareness and educate on using natural health options through my work. I am a registered naturopath, nutritional therapist, Iridologist, Herbalist and Colon Hydrotherapist - trained in nutrition, herbal medicine and Iridology at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. My training included Ayurvedic, Chinese and Western approaches to improving health through lifestyle, stress management, and detoxification. With the use of herbs, nutrition and diagnostic tools including Iridology. The energetics side of nutritional and herbal medicine was also an integral part of my training and is used for treating clients on a constitutional level. I have also deepened my knowledge of Ayurvedic practices and herbs with further training. As part of the functional medicine arena I also practice the following: Bio-Impedance Analysis (BIA) - Body composition testing. Extremely useful for weight loss, and fitness improvement. First Line Therapy (FLT) - a therapeutic lifestyle programme to help you gain your optimal health.
